Can you customise figurines?
We can only customise our existing figurines to a limited extent, such as adding formation badge decals to our Singapore Army figures, doing minor re-painting, or assembling them in certain diorama set ups.
Any other alterations, such as changing the size or adding details, entails making a completely new figurine. And due to expensive design and mould costs, each figurine design needs to be produced in a minimum quantity of 200. As such, we usually do not accept requests for one-off designs. However, we welcome your suggestions on what you'd like us to add to our collection. Drop us a note and we just might earmark it for our next project!
What material are your figurines made of and how big are they?
Our figurines are made of a solid metal alloy to give a solid weight and feel. They are hand-painted with special care taken to ensure accuracy to actual colours.
Figurines in standing poses measure approximately 60mm from head to toe - large enough to showcase their precise details, but small enough to form intricate and attractive displays. The exact measurement of the figurine you're purchasing can be found in our online store.
Our figurines are in 1/26 scale but are also compatible in most 1/30 scale set ups from popular international brands like King & Country.
Our products are not suitable for children under the age of 14.
Are your figurines endorsed by the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)?
Miniature Stories and all associated merchandise are not affiliated with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).
We are simply individuals who wish to create memorable keepsakes and nostalgia for National Servicemen, regulars and all who have an interest in Singapore's military defence and history.
The realistic design and details in our figurines are created from personal research on information that's available on public platforms.
We take special care in ensuring that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. But in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we would be glad to either send you a replacement at no cost, or refund your money. Please email us at [email protected] to inform us of any defects as soon as you are aware of them, and we will contact you with further instructions.
